From the Dashboard viewer, Dashboards can be manually exported to several formats.
After completion of the export, a Notification informs you that your file is ready.
Click on the notification, and your web browser proposes a “download” or “save as” dialog.

Two levels of exports are possible :

  • exporting the full Dashboard
  • exporting a single Widget from the Dashboard

Exporting the Dashboard

To export the full Dashboard, click the Export button in the top bar :

Several formats are available for exporting :

Image

The Dashboard is exported as an image file.
Choose a File name, a Layout Configuration, and an Image Type :

Layout Configuration

This allows to select which Layout of the dashboard you wish to export.

Image Type

Supported image types are :

  • JPEG (default)
  • PNG
  • BMP

PDF

The Dashboard is exported as a PDF file.

Choose a File name, and a Layout Configuration :

This allows to select which Layout of the dashboard you wish to export.

Excel

The Dashboard is exported as an Excel XLSX spreadsheet.
The data for each Widget is in a separate sheet of the same file.

Just choose a File name.

Exporting a Widget from the Dashboard

To export a single Widget, click the Export button on the corresponding Widget :

The Widget is exported as an image file.

The Widget is exported as a PDF file.

CSV

The Widget is exported as a CSV text file with comma , separators.

Just choose a File name.
