After Pinning Widgets to the Homepage, you can manually arrange the layout.
Moving a Widget
To move a Widget to the desired place, grab it by the title and drag it :

Removing a Widget
If you wish to remove the Widget from the Homepage, click the cross icon in the controls of the Widget :
