The Legend shows the meaning of each series :

Customize Legend

Legend items are generated from the Series Title.

Chart Title

The chart has a Title.
By default, this is generated from the X Axis field name.
Instead, you can configure it under Basic Settings by checking Use Custom Title and writing the desired title :

*You cna hide this Title by writing an empty Custom Title.
