Upgrading

Alpana Server install upgrade from v3

To upgrade Alpana Server from v3.0.1.1, first un-install the previous version from Windows Control Panel, as documented here.

License upgrade

!An internal change in license naming is causing a breaking change with existing v3 installations that are not “Freemium” licenses.

If you currently have an installation of Alpana Server v3 that is not a “Freemium” license, please follow the below procedure to complete your upgrade :

1. Upgrade Alpana Server as described above
2. Activate your license again as described here (including downloading the license file)
   

Tasks

No new features have been implemented in this version, as it is mostly a bugfix release.
