The Dashboard Views popup allows you to manage the current state or Parameters :
- you can view the current values of Parameters
- you can reset Parameters
- you can save sets of Parameters to reuse them later
This is very useful for example when you have many filters and want to monitor their state, or bookmark them.
Viewing Parameters
The Views pop-up shows the name and value of each Parameter of the Dashboard :
If a Parameter has no value at the time, “No value set” is displayed.
Resetting Parameters
Single Parameter
To reset a Parameter to its default value, click the cross button “Reset parameter” in front of it :

To reset all Parameters to their default value, click the cross button in front of Reset all parameters :
Saving Views
You can save the current state of Parameters to restore it later.
Click on the Save current view button :
Re-opening saved Views
When a Dashboard contains previously saved Views, you can restore them.
This return Parameters to their previous state, like a bookmark.
From the Views pop-up
In the Views dialog, switch to the Saved views tab :
This tab lists all saved Views.
Click a View name to see the corresponding Parameters values at the bottom of the dialog :
Click the Load saved view button to restore the Parameters state in the Dashboard :
From the Dashboards list
In the Dashboards list, in the Dashboard’s actions menu, hover the Views item.
This unfolds the list of Views of this Dashboard.
Click an item in the list to open the Dashboard and restore the corresponding View.
Deleting Views
In the Views dialog, switch to the Saved views tab :
This tab lists all saved Views.
Click a View name to see the corresponding Parameters values at the bottom of the dialog.
Click the Delete view button to delete that View :
