Viewing Stories

Once the Stories is opened, you will get the list of created Stories. You can Manage your Stories or launch them.

In the action menu, you will manage the selected story :

• Launch : To start viewing the story
• Update : To edit the story
• Get Link : To get the URL of the story to start it on other computer
• Delete : To delete the selected story
  

Launching a story

Either by getting the link and use it in the adress bar of your web browser or using the launch button, the story will start.
All slides created will cycle one after others taking the maximum space inside the web browser.

*A private dashboard will stay private in a story, so you will have to check private/public status of your dashboard to prevent starting stories with private dashboard without being logged to Alpana.

Story view

Once the story is started you can control it with the control bar visibile when your mouse go on the bottom part of your slideshow.

The control bar contains possible actions:

• Previous : Go back to the previous slide.
• Play/Pause : To play or pause the slideshow.
• Slide view : you can check which slide is displayed and browsing slide.
• next : Go to the next slide.
  

*The control bar is not visible if your mouse is not over the bottom part of the view.

The story will always loop as long as the slideshow is in play.
