Updating Alpana may cause visual change in Alpana dashboard embeded inside OMI View. If you encounter some visual trouble, you will have to:

  • Close all OMI Clients connected to the view app
  • Undeploy OMI View App Object
  • Deploy OMI View App Object
  • Restart OMI clients


OMI application use a specific web browser component with a caching function to store informations (like a standard web browser).
You can find this cache in the OMI User windows user settings :
C:\Users\_{omi user}_\AppData\Local\ViewApps\_{Alpana OMI ViewApp name}_\WebBrowser
